Mozzarella Cheese Sticks Recipe
all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
1.Cut each mozzarella stick in half.
2. Coat the Sticks
3.Place coated sticks on a baking sheet and freeze for at least 1 hour.
4.Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Fry the mozzarella sticks in batches until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes.
Ingredients
- 12 mozzarella sticks (string cheese)
- 1 cup
5. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping.

When we explore cooking by doing it ourselves ,we learn practical skills in a real kitchen. We discovers new recipes and different ways to cook , as everyone has their own style ,method,ways to cook a recipes . In this we also learn how to work as a team it also need smooth communication skill, time management ,problem solving.We also face many challenges like sometimes it may happened that while making any recipe we forgot to put anything ,so we have to deal with it .While preparing any recipe we also have to go through each and every step very patiently.
Patience is key when preparing any recipes like ingredient preparation ,following instructions,timing and technique ,flavour development at the same time,learning and improvement -while learning sometime we need multiple practices for improving in it ,Enjoyment -as cooking is very relaxing activity to do .
